HOUTZDALE, Pa (WJAC) — UPDATE: According to the Houtzdale Fire Chief, the house fire that occurred earlier Saturday afternoon at 33 Wall Street has been deemed a "total loss." Thankfully, the two residents that were home at the time were able to get out safely. HARRISBURG, Pa (WJAC) — US Marshals captured a fugitive on Thursday who escaped from a Pennsylvania facility in 2012, according to a release from the Marshal's office. Authorities say now 45-year-old Tomas Morales-Cresente escaped from a Federal Correctional Facility in Schuylkill County in July of 2012. Morales-Cresente was convicted in April 2009 for possession of a weapon and conspiracy to distribute cocaine, the release states, and was sentenced to serve 90 months in prison.

BELLEFONTE, Pa — Just last week, the Bellefonte Area School District updated their back-to-school plan for the fall. They already had two options in place, but, after hearing community feedback and seeing additional state guidelines, school district officials added a third option.
